About Me
My real estate journey started when I met my wife, opera singer Danielle Pastin, who, aside from her international performing career, is also a landlord. Without a traditional retirement plan, Danielle saw real estate as an investment against what will come for all artists after we stop performing. She showed me the advantages of owning real estate and inspired me to share this knowledge and experience so others can afford property and use it as a tool to support their art.
